Spending too much time on the computer can cause various problems such as eye strains, back and neck problems and well as damaging your posture. It can also damage your eyes which can cause migraines. Eye strains can cause the following symptoms; soreness of the eyes, bad headaches, blurry vision and dry burning itchy eyes. If you recognize these symptoms I would recommend that you see a doctor.
Spending too much time on the computer can also affect your social life. Many people spend less time actually taking to their friends and more time texting and on social networking sites.
Using your computer vast amounts every single day can also cause problems to the environment. It uses electricity which could be used for something more productive. Also many people leave their computers on standby which wastes electricity.
Always remember, don’t spend too much time on the computer, and if you do have breaks every half an hour so you don’t strain your eyes and always switch it off properly.

- A picture messages are bad quality, it is not good and it will give you a fuzzy picture that you can not really see.
- Your phone can become a mobile hotspot so you can connect it to your laptop. You can then get wireless anywhere and send pictures from your laptop, which will give you a clearer picture.

How to protocols and devices keep data safe?
- You should change your password regularly to make sure you do not get hacked - this means people can not damage your data and it will be safe
- Don't give out too much information in case people that are around you hear what you are saying about your personal stuff and data - make sure you don't tell anyone at all.
- Keep your files in a place where you will remember where you are putting them, so you can find them.
- There are viruses that can cause a lot of damage to keeping your date safe, so make you don't download unsafe things and have antivirus software.
- Always log out of what you have logged in to, because this can cause hacking. Most Wi-Fi hubs are encrypted so that you will not be hacked and your information will not get stolen or seen.
